Windows 10 RS3 build 16275 cannot connect RS3 HLK server

The Windows 10 RS3 OS build 16275 had add a register named “AllowInsecureGuestAuth” and default value is “0”.

This register will cause connected fail to unsecure pc, so if you need connect to our HLK server please set the value of this register to “1”.

Notice:

• Secure boot is allowed to be disabled during HLK installation.
• Playlists must match the kit version used, not the OS version being validated. 
• Certification for Windows Server 2016 MUST use HLK version 1607 build 14393.
